We know that many clients do not want to pay Solicitors fees but at the same time do not want to do it themselves.

We offer two kinds of managed service; Paralegal and Solicitor to our clients so that they have as much choice as possible as to how they wish to conduct their divorce proceedings.

AbsoluteDivorce.Com is part of one of the UK's largest Paralegal Law Firms and is a corporate member of The Institute of paralegals and holds professional indemnity insurance to protect our clients.

Absolute Divorce hold professional indemnity insurance with Freelance Insure to protect our clients in the unlikely event we make a mistake.

Our expertise

AbsoluteDivorce.Com only employs highly experienced Paralegals who are either Certified or Associate level members of The Institute of Paralegals and are trained in divorce law and procedures to the highest standard.
All our Paralegals have to do 12 hours of continuing education each year to maintain their practising certificates and are bound by a strict code of conduct.

Solicitor Services

The Solicitors used by AbsoluteDivorce are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and have over 20 years experience dealing in all aspects of divorce, family and children’s law. Any solicitor services purchased from this website are carried out by the Solicitors on your behalf and you become their client upon purchase. Absolute Divorce will be paid a marketing fee for providing the Solicitor with the client and for operating a case management system on their behalf.
